Spoke with a wonderful gentleman named Matthew who was SUCH A BIG HELP. Definitely the kind of service that helps people remember that just because not everyone has a job where they’ll automatically be liked (ex. debt collection, tow driving, cable customer support, etc.) doesn’t mean they’re not people to be respected and thanked for their help. I've used several collection agencies in the Hampton Roads area. This is the 1st experience with an attorney who specializes in debt collection. WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT MAKES!!! I am in the process of turning all of our bad debt cases over to Tiffany & Brown because they get the job done!!
Instead of receiving monthly statements requiring payment like the other company we use. Tiffany & Brown sends monthly statements that include checks for payment on bad debt. They are great!!
