Short of my bad experience getting caught with a dui, Ms.Jackie Walker is literally the best. She will tell you about yourself and give you advice on your road to sucession. When i came in after a 6 year absence. I'm in and out. She makes exceptions for missing items or paper work, she takes what ya got amd then just come back. You dint have to wait the whole process. She doesn't make you wait the whole day to be seen. 6 years ago it was crazy comming in. I actually didnt come back because of the problems with the place. Nobody wanted to be there, nobody was excited about their job. Now...they understand people make mistakes and that people want to change but this is a step in the process to that change. Thanks for being so helpful and understanding. Although, I wasn't given the complete packet initially, they made it easier on me to have it done in a specific time frame. 6 years later the place has turned around immensely and they treat you as a person rather than a court proceeding. Good job. Also kudos to Leslie Randolph for sticking with it. You're the best case worker ever! 👏👏👏

Worked with Leslie Randolph for about a year, was very helpful throughout my entire process and pushed me to stay out of trouble. Was always up front and answered every question I had as quickly as she could. Had a miscommunication with the DMV and them stating I never completed my requirements for my charge, and they never received proof and suspended my license. Leslie took care of everything and had me back and legally licensed within days. Recommend her 10/10
