I accidentally gave front desk employee too much money ($200) and she gave back to me. That is Very Honest! I was impressed! The staff is wonderful. I arrived early and front desk employee was just setting up and the place wasn't open but i had to go to the restroom SO badly. She let me go. The woman who gave me the locker for my stuff, gave me the scrubs, hooked my i.v. up was there for me during the entire MRI. That made me feel a sense of calm. She had a very good attitude and was very caring. The i.v. went in with no pain or fuss. She was good at it. Thank you so much for finding the renal cell carcinoma. I am just in the beginning of a long mission to fight it. thanks again. Rhonda

This was my second MRI and first scan with this company. My first experience in an open MRI machine. My first MRI was in a regular tube machine and I swore I'd never do that again and here I had to go through it again. I expressed my concerns to my doctor and he wrote orders for an open MRI plus 4 pills to help on the day of the scan. I looked at the machine on the website and was relieved to see a chair where you sit versus be inserted into a long narrow tube. Because of the previous reviews, I called the morning of my scan and they verified I was having an open MRI. I didn't take the relaxation meds and I'm sure glad I didn't. Rich, the technician, was very competent and friendly. He was very reassuring and took time to make sure I was comfortable offering a blanket and pillows. I had two options. Sitting straight up or slightly reclined. I chose the slightly reclined and can not say enough positive things about the experience. I never felt an instant of uneasiness or panic. I watched my favorite TV show during the entire scan. Sure it was loud but that's the machine doing it's thing. I 100% recommend this machine if you panic going into a traditional MRI tube and this will give your doctor what they need. Let me also say that Dale and Cindy in the insurance area were FANTASTIC as well. For those that need more details: I left my socks, underclothes and t-shirt on, wore scrubs. My belongings were locked in a private changing room and I had the key. For the scan, I was seated in the middle of two panels that to me resembled butterfly wings. I had a seatbelt like on a plane and was just slightly recessed into the "wings" like a butterfly body would be to it's wings. Very comfortable and open, no panic at all. My shoulders were slightly touching the sides and they flared out from there creating a "V". I could see the ceiling so it was open there too. So I sat there with my comfortable pillows and blanket and did what they told me to do and not do and watched TV. I actually fell asleep for a second which isn’t good but that tells you how comfortable I was. I would absolutely NOT HESITATE to have another one tomorrow if I had to. I'm so sorry for other's less than positive experience as I know this is very high anxiety for some people like me. I would suggest calling in advance and taking care of the pre-screening questions as there are quite a few of them. Just saves extra tasks on scan day. So if you panic and need an MRI and an open MRI machine will give you the results you need, relax…..just do it and I hope you leave with the same experience and impression I did.
