I can't begin to tell you how amazing this staff is. They are very friendly and professional. I hadn't seen a dentist in 16 years. This staff was so amazing and so welcoming. I was so nervous about coming but the staff made me feel so much at ease. I would recommend them to anyone. They are AMAZING!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Richmond for 31 years. All of my children love him, and they started seeing him when they were 3. He is very personable. He has called my home to check on me when I have had root canals to make sure I am doing okay. When I call with a tooth ache, his staff get me in the same day.
First time going to the dentist in years. I had a filling break & they scheduled me within days. That way I’d be good to eat for thanksgiving! They handled business quickly w/ ease, absolutely no pain, very communicative, friendly, & even gave me a teeth adjustment. I highly recommend!
The best dental experience ever. Dr. Richmond and his staff are professional and kind. With each visit, I’m in the dentist’s chair within minutes of arriving. Dr. Richmond was able to correct dental problems caused by another dentist. His services are affordable. I highly recommend Dr. Richmond and wouldn’t go anywhere else for dental services. Dr. Richmond has got to be one of the BEST Dentist in the area. I say this because I have been going to him for 28 years. I hear lots of people say how they don’t like their Dentist and how impersonal they are. Not Dr. Richmond, don’t get me wrong he doesn’t wear a Red Clown nose but just an all-around nice guy. I am very hard to get numb so Dr. Richmond who likes to read and do research started digging, he called me and said the next time you come in this is what I want you to do the day before. I followed his instruction and now he has no problem getting me numb and it’s not one of those that you stay numb for days and you are drooling. It’s gone in no time. His shots he does in such a way I don’t even feel them. His staff has that same great attitude always smiling and pleasant. If you need a Dentist Dr. Richmond should be your next stop
