Ashbrook Apartments

It has really been a great 6 months living at Bonney Trace. I’m glad to be a part of the Breeden family. Darian has always been helpful with making sure everything is fixed the first time or getting to the bottom of things. Ricky is so pleasant and always friendly. I enjoy the staff at Ashbrook and Bonney it’s like family. If you’re looking for a place to live come and see Ricky. 😀😀♥️♥️

Our move-in process was a little different due to our unique circumstances although Ricky and Johana were very helpful and understanding in the process. Huge shoutout to maintenance as they were attentive to our electricity issue as much as they could. Location is close to towncenter and seemingly safe so far. Glad we chose this property to live in.

I spent two years at AshBrook Apartments when I first moved to Virginia Beach. I very much enjoyed my time there and the location in Town Center cannot be beat.

In addition, property manager Ricky Caffee was always outstanding to work with and very communicative. If I could give him six stars, I would 😁

Coming here in August was really rocky but it turned out to be really great! I was disappointed when They said my kitchen would be renovated but it wasn’t, but then they renovated it in November (better late than never). The new management and Ricky being the manager is amazing! They’re friendly and not rude, best apartment team I’ve ever dealt with. Ashbrook in my opinion has THE BEST Maintenance crew. Although I get a reoccurring issue with my shower head, When I put a request in they get it done that day or the next & they notice when I have issues in my apartment (that I don’t notice), they take the initiative to get it done.
