He answered all our questions, advised us on what to expect following treatment and encouraged us to contact him should we have any concerns.

I was worried about the lizard that has taken up residence on my deck and I asked him how to protect the lizard and still keep my home bug free. Yep, I get it, probably sounds like a stupid request but whatever, not to Tracey. He acknowledged my concern, asked the approximate size of the lizard, explained what he could do, and did it. He really is amazing.
(July 20, 2021, 1:31 pm)It has been a great experience with Orkin. They are always responsive, and I feel like they listen and want to help. Their technicians are typically early or on time. We have seen a big reduction in the amount of ants and roaches in our home.

When I first encountered him I was feeling a little anxious about the issue at hand., but by the time he left I was feeling great that he could get the job done. Thanks Orkin!
(March 31, 2021, 1:37 pm)Let me begin with how amazing Tracey is at his job. He’s the tech assigned to my house. I tell him my problem and he gets right to it! The interaction is great and he explains everything that’s going on and we discuss ways to handle the situation. My wife and I recently bought a house and Jermaine came out for our initial inspection, it was very thorough and told us exactly what we needed done to get rid of the rats in one of our attic spaces and crawl space. The discussion was very informative and he helped us get the work started as soon as they had availability. We had our builders gap sealed off, and other openings sealed, sanitizing done and traps set. It was a little on the higher side in regards to price but the work Tracey is putting in to get rid of them makes up for it! However, I will say that the method of applying the sealant they used for the builders gap does distract from my house and looks a bit messy. It definitely could’ve been applied better. Also, they missed a bit of one of the gaps which may or may not be the reason I still have rodents. I believe it was 4 or 5 they’ve caught so far and I’m confident that they’ll be able to get rid of them in the near future. All in all, great service, pricey but Would definitely recommend.
