Battery replaced twice in four months.. I wish I could provide five stars with this review, but I couldn't because of the corporate response to my problem. First, I want to send a BIG SHOUT OUT to our technician, Nasheun Akridge!! He was fantastic! He arrived within 10 minutes of my call. He was so polite and explained everything he was doing while checking the battery for a proper charge. If I was in this business, I would do my best to steal him away and work with my company.
The AAA corporate response to my battery failing after four months was very poor. AAA said they would not honor the warranty because my wife didn't drive the car very much since the last replacement four months ago! She drove it about 5,000 miles. I have never heard of this logic. They also asked me how long I have been a member... Should that matter? If I was a member of 25 years instead of 12, would they have honored the warranty? I think their batteries may be defective or old and they are losing too much money, justifying their internal corporate reason for not honoring the warranty. I am considering canceling my service because of this incident. PLEASE shop around for roadside services and read reviews before choosing a provider.
