I wanted to share my thoughts concerning the best experience I’ve ever had making a purchase. This person was completely thorough and knowledgeable, adding thoughtfulness along the way. So professional and personable, it NEVER felt like the typical salesperson/customer experience. I, instead, feel like I’ve found a close friend. I’m sure you have other talented reps, but she is truly EXCEPTIONAL. I will be sharing her name with anyone I know who needs any service you offer, and one final thought. A few more like her and you could rule the world. BTW, her name is JESS.

Jessica is the most awesome representative at Verizon that I have ever used. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and was the most attentive representative I've see. I will definitely be recommending her to everyone I know. She is a 5 star person. Lamar was great too.

This was the best phone upgrade experience I've ever had. Shawn was knowledgeable, attentive, laid out our options for us, and never pressured us into something we didn't need or want. It was a friendly and laid back atmosphere.

I worked with Sean today and he was super helpful with my needs. I knew the phone I wanted and he was able to transfer all my info and process my requests in an hour. Hopefully I don’t need to return to this Verizon store anytime soon, but if I did I would come back to this location.
