I live in Tennessee and had been searching online for a Caprice at a price I liked and found it here. I called and they were way more than willing to hold it for over a week and half for just a small deposit so I could get the time to come out there and pick up the car. Kylieh suggested I buy a pre purchase inspection since I'm so far away which i didn't even think of! When I finally got out to Virginia to pick it up it was only a good experience! Very fast and easy. She had suggested a test drive but I declined because I was gonna get the car anyways even with a possible problem with it. And about 20 minutes down the road she calls me to make sure the car is doing good because I didn't test drive it, and sure enough about a minute before she had called the check engine light came on and she asked me to come back if I had the time so they could check it out to make sure its road worthy even though it was an "as-is" purchase! I've never had that level of customer service in my life! And since they new I had an 11 hour drive back they wanted me to update them on my status being home! I will recommend this dealer to anyone who wants great service and a great deal! Thank you Kylieh and Khalil!

Great experience.... Khalil was outstanding, car had a brake issue after I bought it. The dealer wanted $2800 to repair it. I took it back to Khalil and he repaired it even though it was an "as is" sale (No Warranty). I highly recommend his dealership.

I don´t understand the bad reviews. Khalil (I hope I wrote it the right way) did a great job, I bought a great car for a great price. The service was VERY good. I´m new to the US and my English isn´t the best, but Khalil took his time, explained everything, handled the paperwork with the DMV... I´ll definately recommend this service and I know where I´ll buy my next car. This is a great place for used vehices.

So I waited more than 6 months to write this review because I wanted ample time to drive my 05 Mazda 3 that I bought back in June of this year. Let me first say that Leslie the lady who I was speaking to online from the start was awesome. She was upfront about everything and answered every question that I had. I went in for a test drive and of course fell in love with the car. Paper work was easy and again Leslie was super helpful. She had everything ready for me the day I was scheduled to pick up my new car and we were out the door in less than hr. The best part of this place is they are happy to provide you with a Carfax history report on any vehicle they have, which to me as a consumer says alot. I had a horrible experience at another used car lot a week before I found Premium, so believe me their are snakes out there and this place is NOT one of those. Sorry for the lengthy review, but I feel strongly about the wonderful service I received.

Bought my car from Premium Auto Brokers (PAB) and I live in CA. Found my car through an Auto-trader search. Contacted PAB and spoke with Lindsey. She gave me a detailed description of the vehicle and answered any questions that I had. I called and scheduled a pre-purchase inspection with the nearby Toyota dealership (Lindsey's idea). After receiving good feed back from Toyota I decided to buy. I had multiple conversations with PAB throughout the process of the pre-purchase inspection. Each time I called I spoke with Lindsey. Always available during business hours, very helpful and professional. Put $500 down to hold the car for a week while I arranged payment. Sent payment via cashiers check priority mail. Check arrived 2 days later and the car was ready to ship. I arranged for transport through an online service. Lindsey took pictures of the vehicle and filled out a report with the transporter to document the vehicles current condition upon pickup. Received my car 7 days later in excellent condition. Everything runs and looks great. Felt skeptical at first buying a car on the other side of the country without test driving or even seeing it in person. Lindsey at PAB made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions and concerns, and ultimately lead to the purchase. Great service, high quality vehicle, I have zero complaints.
