I have always had a wonderful experience with Bickford of Virginia Beach! The staff is always steady at work and constantly helping anyone and everyone. One of my closest family members was recently admitted to this facility and it has been great to see her be happy again. The assistance from the staff has helped her become more engaged with her friends and family as her condition has progressed. I appreciate everything that Bickford has done for my friends and family. I would recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for everything that you do Bickford.

Bickford of Virginia Beach has been a wonderful addition to the area. The activities are very engaging and I love the home-like feel. Every time I visit, the staff is so friendly and welcoming, from the concierge to the caregivers to the handyman to the directors. And the residents are always happy and involved from my observations, too. As a senior care professional myself, if I was having to make a decision for my own loved one, I would choose Bickford of Virginia Beach easily.

I can’t adequately express how impressed I am with Bickford’s memory care programming and superb attention to details. I was absolutely thrilled when the property in Virginia Beach opened to care for more of our most vulnerable population. Thank you for setting the bar higher Bickford!

After evaluating many options for assisted living for my father, finding Bickford of VA Beach has been a true blessing. The decision to make the step into assisted living is a tough one, but Bickford of VB has proven that my Dad is happier and safer than "toughing it out" independently. The director, Loryn, and the community relations director, Heather, don't just "talk the talk"- they are real partners with our family. We have made many friends with other family members of residents who also speak highly of the staff and the great care- including physical and occupational therapy on site. Thank you to the entire staff who has kept Dad happy & healthy even through the Covid -19 quarantine.

Beautiful place with an energetic and loving vibe. My apprehensions of a dismal sad and lonely assisted living center were quickly dismissed when the door opened and my jaw hit the ground. It was nothing like I expected and everyone (especially resident Ms. Jones 😊) were full of happiness and seemed to truly enjoy being there. The employees were quick to acknowledge us and made us feel welcome. Just an FYI We showed up unannounced so it wasn’t as if they had time to put on a fake show.
