I feel like this clinic has changed my life, i feel healthier on the inside my blood pressure and sugar level is normal now, my goal is to lose enough weight that i want need anymore medicine for anything that's my long term goals to be free from drugs that i have to take everyday for my health

I tried almost everything except surgery before coming to physical weight loss centers! I'm so thankful that I found them. Now I'm transforming my body naturally with the same foods I already eat and not by starving myself and having weight loss pills for dinner. I have been working with these ladies for a couple of years now and they have always made me feel comfortable, encouraged, as well as inspired to continue to reach my goals with them! Physicians Weight Loss Centers of VA Beach has a great energy with a family oriented environment. They help me stay on task by giving me fun and creative ideas for new foods which in turn helps me strive for my weight-loss goals. WHICH I COULD NOT HAVE REACHED WITHOUT THEM!!! They really are with you every day, every pound of the way! Thanks so much!!!

The ladies here are so helpful in teaching me good lifelong habits. They made it easy to understand that some ways of losing weight are unhealthy and unrealistic such as not eating and boring ourselves with salads. I definitely changed my lifestyle fully with their help and I’m eating yummy foods they taught me like this great crispy pizza or some stir frys even when I don’t have time to cook after work :) thank you girls for helping me lose my 70 pounds, gain my confidence and my health back! No medications for me :)

I love coming to this place this ladies have help me out a lot specially if you are having a hard time with your weight.
