  Met these fine folks at the ODU Home-coming Game and they were such a delight to sit and chat with. I am certain that their gym is something to behold! Heard nothing but good things by another gentleman that was present at the game who is a member at the same gym. I look forward to coming and seeing the gym for myself

  I was referred by the owner from Dash Fitness (Darryl) that this is the best gym. This gym is not the typical commercial (Planet Fitness), or your local YMCA. This is a private gym with serious clients and motivated trainers. I was greeted by the owner of the gym, who is very humble and wonderful. He gave me a tour of the gym and during the walk through I noticed how passionate he is with this outstanding gym. There is so much equipment on the floor, but very organized, you have the option of (Cable cross over, squat machines, power racks, smith etc..) I really love the music and the atmosphere of the gym. My trainer Kasie is amazing, and fantastic. I signed up for 3 months and the price for the membership is awesome. Look forward to being a part of the Houze of Champions family.... ~grace~

  GREAT STAFF! CLEAN GYM! GREAT MUSIC so if you forget your head phones, not a problem. Good location.

  This is the best gym in the area hands down! The HOC staff and all the trainers are amazing they really care about helping people reach their fitness goals. The gym is very clean and has great work out equipment! I consider this my second home...I am very thankful to be able to train there. If you are serious about your fitness this is the place to train!

  Great gym, personalized, clean, great people, and a true love for fitness. Their hours of operation are great, and different programs are a real workout. You can train alone or in groups, and always have the support you need. The owners take great pride in their establishment and it shows. Personal training is right on, and bring your A game. Thanks for all the training support! I would recommend you give them a try as I did. Two thumbs up!
