Reflections at Virginia Beach

Our AC broke down yesterday, and the place was sweltering when we got home. Cliff came by after hours to troubleshoot and got us a temporary unit for the night. This morning, Andrew was able to finish getting the AC up and running. These two were lifesavers, and I just wanted to give them a shoutout for their work.

Great apartment complex to live at. Relatively quiet for how many units there are. Very pet friendly :) Awesome office staff and maintenance. Very quick communication and helpful with finding solutions. When I had an issue with my AC, Andrew arrived quickly and solved the problem in no time. I would recommend living at Reflections based on location and amenities alone, but dealing with friendly and helpful people through the rental process makes it that much better.

I have lived in numerous apartment communities, Reflections far exceeds any in the area. The complex has many amenities for residents which are clean and well maintained. However, it is the staff that pushes this complex above others. The team that works in the office is always friendly and prompt to help with any resident need/concern. Additionally, the maintenance crew is hands down the best I have seen. When I needed help assembling a chair for my patio, Andrew was quick to come to my assistance. He and the entire crew are professional, knowledgeable, and always putting resident satisfaction at the forefront. Thank you Reflection’s for making this apartment community one I am proud to call home.

The front office is very helpful and it’s a nice complex, but if you’re going to move here, do it for the maintenance crew. They are hands down the best i have ever worked with, they always are timely and leave the apartment looking better than when they got there. They don’t just do a half job and leave. They are also so friendly, I recently had Andrew in my apartment to fix my ac unit and he was quick, efficient, and super nice! He even went the extra measure to leave the area cleaner than before!! I’m just saying them alone are worth the move.
