  I highly recommend Katie Donahue and the team she has behind her! Katie has incredible knowledge of the area and where to find what you are looking for. In addition to that, she will work expeditiously to ensure that all t's are crossed and I's are dotted prior to closing. Can't say enough good things about her and the home buying experience she created.

  Was referred to Katie by a friend in California to help us find our new home in Virginia. Katie was an absolute pleasure to work with and was there every step of the way for us as first time home buyers.   Katie was absolutely heaven and an amazing help finding a great home during a tough market! Also from multiple states away! She walked me through every detail and was there night and day to answer any questions and concerns I had…just wonderful and above what I ever expected. She made the process simple and as painless as purchasing a home can be haha. She videoed and FaceTime’d to fully show the atmosphere of everything, so we could make an informed decision on what would fit our family. Even after the purchase was wrapped up, she provided everything possible to get started and setup in the home, to include near by local recommendations for food and other services. I recommend her a hundred times over and definitely will go to Katie for any future real estate needs!

  I worked with Katie Donahue on the purchase of a VA Beach vacation home. As a real estate attorney (and investor) with experience in 6 states, and hundreds of realtors, I can say without hesitation Katie is on the top of the list. Katie is with you from start to finish. Her knowledge of the market, professionalism and responsiveness was impressive. She is thoughtful and thoroughly in both her deliberations and advise. I will recommend her to anyone looking in the VA Beach area.

  The past year has been a whirlwind, from putting in our first offer 9/5/21 to closing on our primary residence and new home a week apart! (Not to mention closing on a rental property of ours in June!) Every moment of the way, Katie Donahue of Powers & Rawls not only had our back, but our best interests at the forefront. Katie walked beside us through a very competitive market and honored us with her grace, patience, and expertise through over a year of preparations, selling, and searching. Her input and forethought was invaluable in both the selling of our homes and purchase of our new home.
