The customer service is amazing, spoke with a lady named Victoria who was able to assist me with how the unit works and even stayed on the line with me to test the button. I have horrible anxiety and just having this device sincerely helps alleviate some of my anxiety knowing I have immediate help without having to call 911 or go to the emergency room every time I have a panic attack.

I paid for almost 2 years for my moms safety alert system and didn't mind paying for it. Never had to use it thank God we didn't have to use it. The only reason for my cancelation was that our Medicare provider gives us free ones with no fees. I would highly recommend the belle device as you only have to charge it about once a month. The battery 🔋 standby mode is straight amazing with the once a month charge. Extremely friendly support staff as well. The woman that helped me was amazing a true asset to this company. Whoever left a one star is smoking crack or something maybe just bad luck or a simple case of not following directions. Anyways thats my review of the belle emergency system.
