“Truly an unbelievable experience for me. I have put off dental visits for years because of one bad experience after another. I heard Dr. Hogan on the radio talking about how great his staff is, how high tech his practice and they gave the phone number. I don't know why, but I put it into my phone, called, let it ring once, chickened out and hung up. Moments later, I received a call from Amy from Dr. Hogan's office and was so sweet and helpful and scheduled me for the very next day for a consult. I arrived at the office, greeted by Dr. Hogan's PA (I believe her name is Amber - I was traumatized by a dentist office ) who treated me like a personal friend of Dr. Hogan. I was greeted by Dr. Jim, who was more than calming, personable and knowledgeable. He explained the process in layman's terms, evaluated my scans and then Dr. Hogan appeared. Gentle, down-to-earth, charming and more than comforting. They understand my anxiety and timeline. If anyone has any doubt at.all, schedule a consultation and see for yourself. I'm looking forward to having my implants, finally.”

“Dr. Martin saved my mouth and my sanity, literally. As a pregnant patient new to the area, Gentle Dental was actually my second stop. Originally, I was seen by Green Meadow Dental and was told I had 7 cavities and needed a heavy duty treatment. I take pretty good care of my teeth and was in disbelief. I also was hesitant to get this much work done before delivery. Frantic about the prognosis, I called Gentle Dental that afternoon. They got me in quickly and now, I will be a patient of theirs for life. Dr. Martin is an all-star, I honestly can't thank him enough. He did an extremely thorough but gentle exam, and his bedside manner was beyond what you would expect. He felt like a family member, trusted and sincerely invested in my well-being. I appreciated how seriously he took pregnancy and caring for his patients. After his exam, he took the time to show me literally every single tooth with a camera and explained why it was healthy. I appreciated this because even though I hoped for better news, I wanted to be sure I wasn't ignoring any issues either! His prognosis was that I had one minor cavity that could wait to be filled until the baby was born and my mouth was in overall a very healthy state. I teared up in the office because I was so appreciative of him. It wasn't just about receiving good news, it was about knowing I could trust in the care I was recieving, which was very juxtaposed from my visit with Green Meadow. Thank you Doctor Martin for saving me from damaging 6 healthy teeth! I truly appreciate you as a dentist and person. You're a godsend.”
