“Although the phone service in setting up the appointment was rough, I always have a wonderful experience here. This was the first time I saw Kelsey and it was for an IUD insertion. Her bedside manner was fantastic! She made sure my normal provider had gone through everything and reiterated the possible side effects, effects, and risks. During the procedure her and her team made sure I was as comfortable as possible and explained exactly what they were doing every step of the way. I believe she even gave up part of her lunch break to squeeze me in earlier which was greatly appreciated.”

My expectations for a gym are: cleanliness, knowledgeable trainers, welcoming environment, substantial proper equipment, and smart programming. Takeover meets or exceeds expectations on all counts. I’ve been going to this gym for about a year. There’s no drama. There’s no cattiness from trainers or members. The owners and trainers make a point to remember your name and greet you. There was even one time when I was going out of town the same day and they filled my refill which normally would take 24 hours. This week I ordered a refill and for the first time ever, I paid to have it shipped. It was paid before 2pm and arrived the next day. For full disclosure I have to say that my otc nasal spray was missing from the pkg so I had to call about that but I was assured it would be shipped the next business day, Monday.
