The only complaint are the long lines, which is a good sign! It would be good if they could get an extra person on the front line to help speed things up a bit. “For the money this is a great place to stay. It is very convenient to just about everything in Raleigh. I like the modern atmosphere and the fact that you can get a beer right in the lobby. The included breakfast left a lot to be desired but this was the result of the pandemic restrictions on what could be served. All the employees were very nice and I was especially pleased that Housekeeping found my very expensive eyeglasses and held on to them until I could return. This was my second stay at this location and I will definitely be back.”
