I was in and out of there in less than 15-20 minutes with no headache AND no pushy hassling. I got what I needed (an otter box) plus some (a Wireless charger and screen protector) for a great deal. Chris, the manager, even put the screen and the case on for me! It was a really great experience. Ps. My family and I have been sprint customers for years but now we refused to get anything else from them unless we have to, because of the horrible experiences we’ve encounter with them.
