“BBS was very professional and arrived in the time window promised. James was a very nice guy who did an excellent job and was very honest. They were respectful of my yard and did the job very fast. James inspected the septic tank and let me know it was in really good shape for 30 years old. His crew was very nice as well. I dug up the septic cover and they filled it back in for no charge. James answered all of my questions about the septic and took time to listen to my concerns and gave advice on maintaining the health and condition of the tank. I highly recommend BBS as they treated me the same as a long time customer even though this was the first time I hired them. He didn’t try to sell any unneeded services or products. BBS is just honest and hard working. Thank you for taking care of my septic. If I have any issues or concerns with my septic I know I will be contacting them right away.”
