“This is a fun place to visit and a favorite camping spot of ours within a short driving distance of Fredericksburg. The camp grounds are clean and wooded. In the summer there is a beach and pool for swimming. In my opinion the best part of the park is Fossil Beach and the hike thereto. Located on the banks of the Potomac, the beach is a great place to look (and often find) fossilized shark teeth. The hike to the beach is a little under a mile in length and provides good bird watching opportunities in the spring.”

“Very nice campground. Very Very quiet. If your looking for peace and quiet this is it. Staff are great. Park is very clean and not ran over by annuals. Nice shaded level sites and beautiful pool.They also have member specialists on site, who are very helpful, if you are considering joining thousand trails.”

“Just when I thought it was all over for my family home I gave these guys a call an see if it was anything I could do with the place and with friendly an good customer support they came out check the place out sat down with me an came up with a awesome plan that I thought wasn't possible or affordable and not to mention probably would take for ever but they talked with me assured me it would be in a timely manner an affordable to get it done we went ahead with it an just a short time later I am laid back in my brand new home living good still have money in the bank an my yard look like I never had any work done to my home so professional and so clean if I had to do it all over again I would call these guys again hands down great job flipping spectacular you guys are awesome”
