KIA at Williamsburg

I have great experience with this location. I recently came in because I had bad gas. They were quick to get it serviced and Leslie or Lindsey (sorry!) was super helpful and understanding. Would be a 5 star, it's just someone took all the change from my car.. not a big deal just kinda bothers me.

Knowledgeable staff, clean facilities, cozy waiting room with free WiFi, snacks, drinks and TV. Usually good turn around time on service. Waiting for your vehicle is key. 👍

I was in search of a dealer that wasn't marking up new vehicles over MSRP. Bottom line - Williamsburg Kia delivered. I was a bit apprehensive because during the initial purchasing process (I ordered a 2023 Sportage Hybrid), they took a non-refundable $1,000 deposit and would not provide me with a signed buyer's order. I wanted assurance that they wouldn't later mark up the price on the vehicle once it arrived. Multiple times I was assured they would not do this, and I can now confirm they honored this verbal agreement.

Due to the lengthy time (6+ months) it took for the vehicle to be built and arrive, I dealt with multiple sales people. Jonathan was the one who helped me finish the process, and he was consistently communicative and helpful. He spent a good long while showing me all of the car's features. I secured my own financing and the process was smooth and painless. They offered, but didn't push any extras, and as a result I was in and out very quickly.

At the end of the day, I walked away with the exact vehicle I wanted and at MSRP price, and ultimately a happy customer.
