Nice location a few miles from the colonial area. Pretty lobby and friendly staff. Big room with comfy bed. Bathroom had large counter space and toiletries. Microwave and fridge. Complaints - didn’t like sheets or pillows, so so breakfast. I prefer the Hampton Inns nearby. As a gold Hilton Honors member I had a $10 credit each for breakfast which normally costs $12 each. Lots of places to eat nearby.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, and well stocked. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms themselves show some age. Wear and tear were apparent.
Despite the obvious age and need of cosmetic repairs, our stay was enjoyable.

Had such a great stay. More than exceeded my expectations. The staff were super friendly and greeted us promptly at arrival. We had connecting rooms and they were updated and very clean. The breakfast was amazing with great hot and cold options as well as made to order omelettes, French toast and pancakes. The location of the hotel was great! Short 10-12 min drive to Busch Gardens, water country and colonial Williamsburg. Walkable to many restaurants. The gym and 24 hour pool and hot tub were well maintained and a favorite of my kids! The lobby is clean and bright! I wish I could only take off half a star, the only very small complaints that didn’t make it perfect is the hallways on the upper floors were hot and stuffy and had a wet carpet kind of smell, I think because there is a lack of ventilation there but the rooms were cool, bright and clean. There is also no bathroom fans which make it a bit steamy in there. The floors in the elevators should be replaced to some kind of hard floor not carpet bc it appears dingy and dirty. None of those small details affected our stay and we would 100% return!

The hotel is in good condition, clean and comfortable. The wifi and TV works well. THE STAFF are awesome. Loved talking to every person I met up front. The lobby feels grand, they have made it cozy and impressive despite its small size. The breakfast was delicious, top notch options. Also quite enjoyed the clean pool & hot tub! Will stay again!
