  I have to say one of the best experiences I ever had in USPS history! As soon as I stepped in and not even 5 minutes past a gentleman in red shirt asked me if I can be helped and this was my first time shipping a gift to my family in South Korea and he immediately gave me a customs form to fill out and explained to me what was needed to be done. The form was pretty straight forward and I waited in line for like 2-3 minutes I wish I got that gentleman’s name he was professional and all I know is Clark # 16 I wish I got her name as well she was amazing! I told her this was my first time shipping overseas and she immediately gave me the info I wanted and helped me put the English address on and was really courteous and professional and answered all my questions and explained everything so it was easy to understand. Message to the Manager of this USPS store give these two people a raise or something they are the reason why you guys have people coming back and there was a another gentle beside Clark 16 seemed like a nice person too. Overall everyone in the store seemed nice. A+++ Thank you so much for making this trip seamlessly easy and pleasant will be back for future overseas shipment.

  OK...just had the most pleasant experience at this P.O. Unbelievable that one of the employees signals another employee in the back that I was having trouble with a package...next thing you know I'm being helped beyond the call of duty. Well done guys....thank you.
