Many times a medical office has one stand out strength – efficiency, competence or good people skills. These folks manage to get the highest possible rating in all of the categories. Their use of technology from online registration to prompt email summary of the visit to a flash drive for my dentist not to mention the most up-to-date tools to diagnose dental problems.....wow!
Dr. Andrade performed a very thorough exam which he accompanied with a very thorough explanation of my medical issues. He could easily have steered me in the direction of costly procedures but instead gave me options.
I was referred by my dentist for a root canal. I was very nervous, but Dr. Diego answered all my questions and addressed my concerns with sincere kindness. The procedure was comfortable.
