  I’m such a regular at this place that the staff knows me by now! Great selection, low prices, clean and organized, and a friendly/helpful staff. It’s true that you might not make as much money selling to them as with a traditional semiannual consignment sale, but the convenience of dropping off whenever you want to without having to put anything on hangers or tag anything is worth it. Totally love this store!

  I love the cleanliness of Once Upon a Child in Winchester! It always smells fresh and everything is neatly organized. It doesn’t have a second hand feel but has second hand prices, which is awesome! Hands down my go to place for clothes & shoes for my kiddos! We also love to browse their book, game, & toy selection.
  They have special offers often, which always gets us in the door even when we don’t particularly need anything, but we just can’t pass up the deal!

  Had my first experience at this store a couple days ago and was simply in awe at how amazing it was! Very organized, a massive selection of not only clothes, but baby gear too! Strollers, body carriers, nursing pillows, etc. All the staff I encountered had a great attitude despite the high traffic, will most definitely be purchasing for both my children here!

  I have bought stuff and sold stuff here. The prices are generally pretty good and they have great sales. The store always smells great. They have a lot to choose from too. The staff has always been nice too.
  
  They don’t give you as much money as you would make if you sold at a mom to mom consignment sale or anything but that helps to keep the prices of their items down and keep the store open and such so I can’t complain.

  Super easy place to buy and sell your children's old gear and clothing. I have 5 kiddos and they are my first stop. The ladies and gentlemen that work in the store are very kind and helpful even when I come in with all 5 kids. We come back again and again. Thank you for being such a great place to shop in Winchester!
