From the start the office ladies are very polite and easy to work with and respond to calls in a timely manner. The Tech was very fast and professional. In the end I saved hundreds fixing my dryer and would recommend this company to anyone!
We had a great experience from all aspects of this organization. Our call for a service appointment was quickly returned. We got next day service on our washer. The service technician was knowledgeable and polite. He had parts on his truck and fixed same day as the diagnosis. Thanks, we will definitely use again!
Chris diagnosed the dryer issue in 10 minutes and ordered the part. Michael returned in a few days with the timer and within 20 minutes had the dryer running like new. Both great guys.
Brandon came out and educated us on our refrigerator showing us the problem and was very pleasant while answering our questions. He was helpful with money saving suggestions.
