Last month I had to file an insurance claim for jewelry that was lost. Dorie Hare was great!! The insurance company wanted to deny my claim; even though my declarations page stated that the were covered items. She went up and above by contacting the insurance company and advocating on my behalf during a difficult time for me. I've used Williamsburg Insurance for the last 2 years as my agent.
