I HIGHLY recommend Beltone Williamsburg! My fathers new hearing aids are amazing…the improvement is phenomenal and more importantly, now that he can hear better, I feel he is much safer when he is out and about. The education they provide on taking care of the devices is top notch! Jessica spent lots of time explaining and making sure my dad understood how to best care for his near “ears”!!! She was very patient and kind with my father which made me very happy. Jessica gladly answered any questions we both had and provided a fun and happy environment…made both of us comfortable in asking our questions (In other words, no question was a silly question) etc. I feel he is very well taken care of here and that if he needs anything, they are only a phone call or a quick visit away. 5 plus stars for Beltone Williamsburg!!! Thank you for taking wonderful care of my dad!!!

This is the greatest group of people you will meet in Williamsburg. They are very Knowledgeable, very caring staff, is outstanding they will make you feel at home. The talk to you and not over you. I all your questions will be answered before you leave.

I had my first appointment today. I'm 33, so younger than most patients they see. I was never made to feel like I didn't belong or was wasting their time.
Everyone was so nice and very knowledgeable.
When the Dr turned my new hearing aide off and then on again, I was in tears at what I'd been missing all these years.
They walk you through every step. Set you up for success. Highly recommend!

My left hearing aid was not connected and I was away from home. I found the address of an office and dropped in for assistance. I was promptly aided and we turned off my android phone and rebooted. All is well.
