CMA's Williamsburg Ford

My experience was good and pretty fast. STU was great. He helped me get use to driving a stick again after 10yrs ... although I came in pre approved He suggested I give it another shot with a different bank. I was reluctant because I didn't want a lot of hard inquiries. However I am happy that I tried ended up finding a credit union that offered a interest rate that was 3%less . I love my current credit union but less is best . . Thanks CMA

My saleswoman, Jennifer Perry, was amazing as were the sales managers and my finance guy, Russ Beach. I have truly never had a better car buying experience. No high pressure tactics. I knew exactly what I wanted and they respected that and didn't try to sell me anything else. In addition, they were very accommodating and worked with me every step of the way. The entire process was very straightforward and transparent. I would recommend them to anyone!

What an amazing team of professionals at CMA Williamsburg Ford! My F-150 order was originally placed in April, 2021. Due to ongoing shortages the order needed to be resubmitted to Ford, and ultimately was not delivered until March, 2022. Steve and Todd did an incredible job of providing ongoing updates related to order status throughout the delay. On the day of delivery, both gentlemen went above and beyond to make the delivery of the new truck easily and painless. Without question this was likely the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will be a repeat customer in the future!
