Tidal Wave Auto Spa

It was a good experience and very relaxing. I love the color lights and I have been coming here for a minute but last time I saw they had a promotion for a free car wash and it actually worked. So I loved that and hope they keep doing that.

Was having some trouble with my fiancees car, Brandon the manager came over and asked if I was OK, was very polite and friendly, so after taking care of what was wrong I decided to use their services, they even pre wash the car by hand before entering the wash tunnel. They did a great job hiring Brandon to oversee things, he is extremely pleasant and helpful.

I love this car wash! I got a free one for my birthday and my car is sparkling. They are so friendly and helpful too. I use the free vacuums on the interior of my car. The only downside that I have is that when I park in a spot I can only park close to one vacuum on one side and the vacuum on the other side doesn’t reach far enough. So I have to move my car one spot over to reach the vacuum on the opposite side. I’ll still keep going back and using this car wash though:)

Hands down the best and easiest place to get your car washed, they scrubbed my car prior to going in the wash to get off all of the bugs. One of the workers even came over after I was vacuuming my car to make sure they got all of the bugs off. Best customer service and attention to detail! They deserve a raise!
