Great work out, knowledgeable instructors, took the whole family there and we had a great time, highly recommend if your looking for a traditional Okinawan dogo.
Excellent instructors, solid teaching with a decidedly traditional flavor, the best workout you will get all week tempered with useful techniques and kata...I and four of my children, ages 10 to 15 are quite enjoying it, even when we feel we can't manage just one more push up...somehow the enthusiasm of the instructors is catching and we (and they) are proud of what was accomplished at the end of class. There is a separate class for younger children, and all the Senseis work hard to make sure each student is taught at their ability level. I highly recommend this Dojo.
