“This Trail is Rated Moderate but we did it while it was snowing 5.3 miles of it and is a whole new animal it becomes an advanced and in some sections with a lot of elevation changes down right difficult, we loved it. “In a world where customer service is on the decline and employers cannot retain good employees, Water Country USA bucks those trends. Our visit on Sunday July 17 couldn’t have been better. The park was clean and well staffed by friendly, hard working employees. The staff at WC seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, the customers and coworkers. I’ve rarely visited any business where employees exhibit such good cheer. The staff on the rides were especially good at joking with my semi-nervous niece thus putting her at ease. The absolute standout was James at Traveler’s Treats. He is such a kind, efficient person. This was the strongest team effort I’ve ever witnessed at WC and also the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere in the past two years. Expectations were exceeded by a mile. “This is the BEST thrift store ever. I have furnished almost my entire home from this store over the last year since moving to the area. Their clothes are great too. High quality stuff. Rarely any dirty/trashed items. They have excellent sales like 20% furniture on certain days. I have to say something that bothers me though... I feel like they don't trust their customers. There are a few examples of this but the one that rubs me the wrong way is if you are using a credit card, they will remove your card from the slot themselves and not let you pay until you present ID. Even for a 2 dollar transaction. If you don't want customers swiping their own cards, don't put the machine on our side of the counter. It's a bit over the top. Also it's time to open the dressing rooms back up.”

It had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a coffee machine, I mean it was just like staying at an expensive Airbnb but it was at a great price. Highly recommend. This is a gem.”

“I was told that arm pain was due to a pinched nerve in my neck and I knew that my neck and shoulders had been tight for awhile so, having time on a Sunday afternoon, I looked around Williamsburg for an impromptu massage. Such a thing is hard to find. But I found Healing Lotus Massage through Google and was able to book a massage for that same day through their website. It is a small place in a strip mall, but don't let that fool you. Inside it was warm and soothing. After filling out an intake sheet, I was led to a massage room, where soft music was playing. Gin then worked on me and did a very thorough job, massaging from the top of my head to my feet (not in that order). Most of the time was spent on my back and shoulders. My muscles may be sore tomorrow, but that will be a good thing. They really needed to be unknotted! Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely go back.”

“Under renovations so no fridges/microwaves in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Rooms are discounted online due to renovations so it’s definitely a bargain with the location!! Rooms were very clean! Can’t wait to see what they look like when they’re finished. Met Rachel the assistant general manager and Alexis this housekeeping manager at the front desk. They were super helpful and answered my many questions. Alexis was kind enough to show me a room before checking in.”
