Marl Inn Bed and Breakfast

Absolutely amazing, the owners have amazing hospitality as well as they make amazing breakfast. I stayed in the Yorktown Suite and is was perfect, Comfy bed, super clean, along with a great kitchen and living area. I would give it 6/5 stars if I could.

Took a family trip to Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown over the Veterans Day weekend and we stayed at Marl Inn. This is a marvelous inn and our stay was perfect. The room was so clean and plenty spacious and the inn was a great place to return to after a day of exploring the nearby sites. The hosts are tremendously kind and accommodating (and make a very fine breakfast as well). Can't say enough good about Marl Inn and we highly recommend it.

The Marl Inn has a special place in my heart. As soon as you get out of the car you feel like you are home. You can tell how much care and love the owners put into every aspect of the Inn. The Inn is very clean and the food is wonderful! The location is also perfect. You are in the center of historic Yorktown and right near the water. I would highly recommend the Marl Inn for anyone interested in a lovely getaway with family, friends, or even solo travel.

The Marl Inn is absolutely gorgeous! Our hostess was very pleasant and informative about the surrounding areas. The room has a mini fridge/freezer, coffee, tea own private bath and more. She even brought a homemade snack to our room while we were out exploring the area.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the Butterfly room as beautiful as it is has a very hard mattress which caused my disabled mother and I to wake up in a good bit of pain. A good bed topper would fix that issue. Even with the bed I would definitely come back and try another room.
