Nicole Munshower, MPA, PA-C

This was my first visit with Nicole and I was more than impressed with her thoroughness and knowledge. She reviewed my medical history and found that I had a similar incident three years go but also reviewed my current labs to get a better picture of what might be causing my extreme discomfort. When I left I felt confident that I had received outstanding care and was relieved that the diagnosis was relatively benign (gout). I will definitely request Nicole in the future if my Primary Care Doctor is not available.

This was my second time seeing Ms. Munshower (Dr. Jackson is my regular PCM). She was as professional, knowledgeable and thorough as the last time and I greatly appreciate her. My only complaint is everything I call the office (4 separate occasions) the phone is always busy or just continuously rings. I have to continually call every 15 minutes or so to finally get through and that can go on for many hours. The office workers are always very polite and don't seem overly busy when I do go into the office. And there's always 2 or 3 workers there. The patient portal is not monitored either, so securing an appointment or even canceling one that way is not an option. Other than that, I'm very happy with TPMG Grafton. I'd hate to go somewhere else for my Healthcare needs but it may come down to that if this problem is not resolved. Maybe even an answering system that will allow one to leave a message or a callback is a solution. At least that way one isn't constantly having to try to continue to call you.
