The owner, Amanda, is so warm and incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the practice of yoga and her clients well being. Check this out if you live here or if you’re just visiting- you won’t be disappointed!

A recent visit to the dentist (not my favorite) l got to use what l learned here. I focused on my breathing and centered my focus with made the visit SO much better. Look forward to continuing my journey here with Amanda
