“Covenant Christian School is like no other school I have heard of or been a part of. The learning environment is one that is unhurried, full, and fruitful. Children have tea time, garden time, art, music, and nature study. The small class sizes allow for individual attention allowing those that excel to be challenged and extra help is given to those that need it. My children leave school each day with smiles and when I ask “how was your day” the answer is always “awesome!” Children are truly loved and cared for at CCS. They are included and cherished as individuals. The teachers are excellent as well. Each teacher excels in allowing children to learn and they cultivate the love of learning in each child. The teachers are accessible, as is Mrs Schulker, the head of school. Additionally, the atmosphere created at CCS is one that allows for a peaceful and calm learning environment. The classrooms looks like living rooms and the children sit around large tables. They are encouraged to interact with one another and be a family, caring and learning together. It is a wonderful school!”

“This place is beautiful. Yorktown has really done a good job making this little beach strip accommodating and friendly. It is a cool experience to look down the beach and over the water and imagine what it must have been in Colonial times and even centuries before when Indians used to live here. If you are visiting Colonial Williamsburg, it is worth driving down the Colonial Parkway and spending some here.”

“Dropped in on the gym while visiting family over the holiday. Very great culture that they have fostered and super welcoming to folks from out of town. Really great students that take you under their wing immediately and make sure that you understand what is going on and make sure you understand the way their gym does things. 100% will drop in on this gym again when I come back to visit family in the future! “M family and I stayed at Kings Creek during the holidays. The spaces were sized well, we had room for our tow vehicle and the spacing between spots was generous. We didn’t use any of the facilities such as the bathrooms or laundry so I can’t really comment on those but all the hookups worked as advertised. The internet access wasn’t great but that’s not unusual for most camp grounds that we’ve used. Overall, our experience was a positive one and I would definitely return.”

“Little creek-fort story expeditionary base has one of the finest Navy Exchange that I have visited . Plenty of parking area Automotive Care Center , car wash, laundromat , two Minni Mark's , furniture store as well as two gas station . The staff at the Navy Exchange is top-notch and goes out of their way to please the customer. They will price match on request , are competitive when it comes to gas prices as well as all items sold in the Navy Exchange are of top quality. “I have been seeing Dr. Guan for over a decade, and I can't say enough nice things about her concern for my well-being. And the rest of the staff are just as amazing - the phlebotomist, Cheyenne, is always very mindful of my needle phobia, and I barely feel the needle going in. Barb at the checkout desk is always friendly and cheerful, and Dr. Guan's nurse assistants always treat me with kindness and respect. The ladies at the front desk always have smiles for everyone. (My whole family sees Dr. Guan - we're so lucky to have her as our PCP.) The awards both Dr. Guan and the practice have continually received over the years are a testament of the excellence of the services they provide. 😊”

“Fantastic and fun little coffee joint in so many ways! Excellent and fast service, great food, and amazing hot chocolate and coffee flights. Seems like they have regular specials, but their standard menu is outstanding on its own. Can't go wrong with the paninis - Italian and raspberry ham were very good. Latte flight was very nice, and hot chocolate flight is an absolute must-try, every flavor unique and fantastic! Can't wait to go back!”
