I arrived slightly late for my appointment, but I had called ahead letting them know and asking if they would still take me 10 minutes late; they were extremely accommodating without penalty. As soon as I arrived, I was in the dentist's chair. The staff were kind and professional, as was the dentist, who also answered all my questions about gum recession, allaying my fears. Of note: I've had both dentists treat me, and they are both great--a husband and wife couple. Also, the husband is extremely funny, and he made me feel more relaxed and at home then I had ever felt at a dental appointment before. I will always be a patient here.”

“I haven’t been to the dentist since 2016… I have always hated going to the dentist ever since I can remember. Everything about the dentist makes my anxiety go through the roof. Dr. Throckmorton was recommended by a close coworker of mine a few years ago. I never booked an appointment. Two days ago my tooth completely chipped in half. The only concern in my head was that I now HAD to go to the dentist, I have no other choice. I called this office on Monday afternoon, around 230, hoping I could get seen within a reasonable amount of time. I had no idea that they would get me in that Wednesday!! I was completely shocked, especially being a new patient, that I was able to get in within 48 hours! The day of my appointment, my anxiety was at 100. My hands were shaking when I walked in. I was instantly greeted by Dr. Throckmorton ! I explained to him how nervous I was, etc etc., and he was so laid back, calm, and easy to talk to and I instantly regretted not coming in on a regular basis, years ago! He is very personable and the whole vibe of the office is amazing. The music is great, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was an overall awesome experience! I love it there already! If anyone has bad anxiety and super afraid of the dentist like me… go see Dr. Throckmorton!! You will not be disappointed!”

“Easily the best dentist visits I’ve ever had. Dr. Detar was great- he fixed a botched root canal from another dentist and then worked with me on another root canal that was very resistant to anesthetics. He was quick, and still took time to explain everything. He even personally called a few days after each visit to personally follow up and make sure I was comfortable and no longer in pain. I felt like he honestly cared about me and fixing my problems/pain; not just a patient to bill. The staff there is very nice as well. The office is clean and they make sure you are comfortable with pillows, sun glasses and screens.Hopefully, I never need work like this again, but if I do, Dr. Detar will be my top choice.”

“We made our first appointment, and they were celebrating Star Wars day, and all of the staff were in costume. They have TV's mounted in the ceiling, so the children can watch their favorite shows while getting their teeth cleaned. Our dental hygienist (I didn't catch her name but she was dressed as Princess Leia) was wonderful and so kind to my daughter, helping her feel comfortable at her first appointment. Dr. Patel was dressed as a Jedi, and was so sweet and patient. She did an amazing job tackling each case, and was very warm and welcoming. They have a wall for the "Cavity-free club" so my daughter got to have her picture taken. At the end of the appointment, she was given a token to use for the bouncy ball dispenser, and since it was her first appointment, they gave my daughter a bubble party with their bubble machine! One of the patient coordinators shared the same name as my daughter and she was so excited about it! It was all of the little things that they did that made the experience so very special! We are so happy that we found this place for my daughter's dental care!”

“Dr. Monacell and his team are the best! My husband and I both got Invisalign treatment from Dr. Monacell. Every visit, the team greets you with a smile and talks to you like you are family. When we had our initial consultation, they walked us through so much detail and also presented options for affordable payments. The Invisalign treatment was super simple - Dr. Monacell's office sends frequent communication to remind you of check-up appointments, which was very valuable to me since I can lose track from being so busy! I also appreciated the check ups, because they helped me to know that my teeth were on the right track (which you don't always get if you go with a non-orthodontist option). Once our treatment finished, at the time, the office gave us each a bottle of wine :) It was such a nice touch. I would definitely recommend Dr. Monacell for any orthodontic treatment!”

“What a great Dentist and Team! The first thing This Dentist said to me" We are here for you" Usually when you go to a Dentist, the first thing they say, you are going to need dental work. I got a great cleaning and then came the usual I thought. Here we go! The dentist asked me if I grind me teeth at night? I said not that I know of. So he suggested a night guard. I was hesitant, but The Caring Dentist said eventually as I get older I was probably going to grind my teeth completely off. My mom did that in her older years. But they reassured me I would feel the difference and it would be a life changer. I didn't even know I needed a life changing event. So I got the night guard, and here we go! IT WAS A LIFE CHANGING EVENT! I WOKE UP THE NEXT DAY WITH NO EAR PAIN, NO HEADACHE, NO SINUS PRESSURE, NO TIGHTNESS IN MY JAW AND FOR SOME REASON NO NECK PAIN!!! Who knew. I have been to ENT for ear pain. They ran test, which they could not find any problem. My husband says I wake up an entirely different person. If only he would stop snoring! After you go get the night guard, you go back for a checkup, and believe me they want to know how you are feeling. They will make adjustments and give you instructions on how to take care of your night guard. I actually forgot to put it on last night and got out of bed to put my night guard on, because I don't want to wake up feeling tired or achy. So I know it seems as though you have just read a mini novel, GO TO THE CARING DENTIST. I HOPE HE DOESN'T RETIRE FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.”
