The price he quoted did not change (awesome price) and he communicated with us thru out on different options and ways we could trim costs. (He was aware that we had a tight budget) Some of the work was sub contracted out (ex. tile floor) and everyone Gene sent to our house was top-notch. “We’ve used them plenty of times in the past and almost everything has been great. Last summer we got a thermostat on our cooler replaced and a year later they charged us for another one on the same exact cooler because it was doing the same exact thing that they supposedly fixed. Then recently I’ve called twice and my husband has called once and each time they say someone will be right out and nobody comes. We have a store with chocolate in it and it’s very important it doesn’t get super hot. When I called this last time the man said “if the A/C wasn’t working it would be 100 degrees in there.” Well, it’s 90 degrees and still nobody has come. Edit: they came and fixed the cooler”
