“I see so many unhinged reviews on people being from out of state and how unfair a ticket is. Yes, it does seem a lot of us are from out of state, but we’re the ones speeding and/or violating traffic laws! So bite your lip and pay it! The lady on the phone was helpful and kind, and the officer wasn’t extraordinarily mean or anything. Stop looking for things to complain about and rip apart a county because it doesn’t have industry and sky scrapers. It is also very very easy to speed on these roads considering it’s on a plain with scenery all around.”

“If you need to get a passport in Virginia Beach you NEED to go to this office! I was in and out in 10 minutes and the staff was amazing! I had an appointment and was 30 minutes early and by luck they were able to see me right away. I was greeted by the front desk in a very friendly manner and was sent upstairs very quickly. The woman who took my paperwork was extremely professional and kind. She helped me with my questions and thanked me as I left. I've never had such a great experience at a state run facility.”
