“EDIT: 10/25 - Added a star because I received a phone call from Woofgang with an apology with how the appointment turned out and a promise to make things right next time we stop by. Relatively small gesture, but definitely speaks for their customer service. ------------------------------------- Somewhat inconsistent. It’s a great spot if your dog needs a full blown grooming, but not so much for trims/undercoat maintenance. I’ve taken my Australian Shepherd here a few times, and to be fair they’ve usually done a pretty good job with previous appointments. However, when I took him this weekend, I requested a shampoo/blow drying, deep brushing for his undercoat, fur trimming, and nail trimming. 2+ hours later, I was given a dog with an “okay” haircut, nails trimmed too close to the quick, and a coat that seemed to have only gone through a quick shampoo and dry. In fact, patches of his fur still felt a little damp in the undercoat. I should also mention the handfuls of fur I had to brush out the next day (which makes me question if he was brushed at all). I’m somewhat tempted to find a new groomer, but I’m also hoping this was a fluke appointment. Either way, not the worst option in the area, but definitely be attentive of which specific services you request.”
