“My 91 year old father-in-law was admitted to the Burke Health and Rehabilitation Center in the last week of January 2023. This was his fourth time staying at this Center. We saw a few nurses that took care of him in the past and they were very happy to see and talked to us, so we immediately felt comfortable. The Administrator, Terrence Kee, was very hospitable, pleasant, and made sure my father-in-law had everything that he needed. Additionally, since we have a large family that came and visited him, he made sure to provide us with additional chairs in the room. The nursing staff here was periodically checking in my father-in-law’s room and were attentive to his needs. He was never neglected and if he needed anything, he would get it in a timely manner. The nurses and nurse practitioners are knowledgeable, friendly, and took very good care of my father-in-law. The Center is situated in a very nice area surrounded with many trees and has plenty of parking spaces, so we did not have to drive around to look for one. Overall, our family was very pleased with Terrence, the nursing and administrative staff at the Burke Health and Rehabilitation Center. We thank them for their loving care and for making my him feel at home.”

“I met Dr. Carlson in 2005, when after 3 years of horrible pain and meds from other doctors, he diagnosed the root of the pain. He fixed me up and on with life I went, herniated disc was gone. Fast forward to 2022 and my neck is having issues. I didn’t hesitate to visit Dr. Carlson again. He’d helped before, I’ve sent friends and family to him throughout the years, so I had full confidence in OCS and Dr. Carlson helping me again. In March if 2023, he performed a spinal fusion in my neck, and 7 weeks post-surgery I was riding my motorcycle to Key West. Normal life regained twice now, thanks to Dr. Carlson and the team at OSC!!”

“I've been attending DOAR for about a year now and will admit that rehab is a long tough journey. Beth and Lilly are great at what they do. Although rough at times, it's not supposed to be easy. The rest of the staff is ok. I think they could use a class on being friendly but that's just my opinion. One staffer seems to have an egg on her face every single morning. Glad I don't have to work with her. Ms. Margaret works up front and tries really hard to accommodate your busy schedule. She deserves a raise for her politeness and pretty smile. As far as rehabilitation, the staff seems to know what they're doing. Their knowledge of injuries and rehabbing is on point and they know when to push to get that extra rep out. They have lots of equipment and plenty of space to get you on the road to recovery. Be prepared to be challenged. I would have given 5 stars but some of the staff seems very unfriendly. Good luck and hope everything works out.”

“IvyRehab for kids is awesome!!! They would get 10 stars if I could. Ms. Leslie the scheduling coordinator is warm, nice and greets all children with a smiling face. My daughter therapist Ms Jenny is amazing. She has helped my daughter accomplish so many milestones and skills that she did not have before. She is so energetic, nice and her personality matches my daughter to a Tee. Therapy is high of my daughter’s week!! Definitely recommend them if you are looking for a pediatric therapist in the area. Oh and the facility is always clean def a plus!!”
