  Eric and his crews did and excellent job re-roofing my house. I would use him to look at any other remodeling type projects. Eric is very detail oriented.
  
  1. The quote was detailed and we knew exactly what we were getting. (All new flashing, vents, new plywood where a leak had existed, etc, etc)
  2. Eric helped me get a temporary tarp secured over a leaking area until the weather allowed the project to start.
  3. The shingles were high quality name brand (Certainteed) with a great warranty. He gave me a couple models to choose from at different price points.
  4. The install was done very well. I was able to look at all the vents, flashing, etc at the end of each day and understand what was being done.
  4. The crew was professional. They cleaned up every day and when the job was done, they cleaned up around the house including all the gutters. You would not even know they had been there working for 3 days.

  We’ve worked with Eric multiple times over the last 4 years. I can honestly say we wouldn’t still be in our house today if we hadn’t hired Eric to make it more livable for our growing family. We did a big remodel inside, converting two small bedrooms to a master suite with bath and closet, and then finished a basement which we spend so much time in now. A year or two later we hired him again to redo our front porch, remove vinyl siding and add a bunch of curb appeal to our home. He brought his attention to detail, craftsmanship and ideas to the table in both jobs to make the end product even better than we could have asked for!

  We can't recommend Eric's work highly enough. He skillfully completed a "down to studs" full remodel of our 1926 Alameda English Cottage home with outstanding results. As a designer I am a discerning client and had high expectations. Eric and his subs exceeded them and completed a complicated project on time. The project included a basement ADU with a new separate entrance, a completely reworked space with a new family room off of the back of the main floor surrounded by new decking. He turned the attic space into a two bed/1bath area for our 2 adult daughters. My husband and I comment daily how fortunate we were to find Eric. He's a highly skilled perfectionist with a superior work ethic and just an all around nice guy. Our home is stunning and we have Eric to thank.

  We have leveraged Eric and team for well over 10 years, everything from bathroom remodels, a kitchen remodel, custom bar cabinetry, roofing, flooring, window replacements, decking, plumbing, electric & lighting, painting (inside and out), etc. His team always hits the mark with respect to quality and finish, and they have always completed their jobs with immaculate cleanup. In many instances, we would arrive home and not even know he completed a job.
  
  What sets Eric (and his team) apart and what has been important for our family is just how trustworthy and personable he is and the respect and care he has for our residence, our children and our pets over the years. We are more than comfortable having Eric and team pop in and out of the house to complete various jobs, even when we are not home. This has been important for us given our busy schedules.
  
  Eric and team are highly communicative and very transparent throughout the engagement. He is very willing to offer recommendations, suggest various design options, and provide a variety of ideas relative to materials. For our remodels, Eric was patient and willing to share ideas (sketches, pictures, etc.) to help us arrive at decisions that worked for us. His style is very collaborative throughout, checking in at various junctures of each project to ensure we’re all aligned. In many cases, we just let him run with his design ideas given his keen attention to aesthetics which he places on par with structural quality.
  
  Overall, we couldn’t be any happier with Eric and the True Design & Remodeling team. Just good people and proven professionals all around. I will continue engaging them for projects, big and small, and would highly recommend to others as well.
