  I have known the folks at A Better Way Storage and used their facilities on an ongoing basis for the last 14 years and for temporary storage off and on for 7 years.
  They are the best in the business. The place is always super clean and well-kempt. They helped me store belongings during an emergency evacuation due to forest fires .
  Yesterday, I had a problem with my storage unit, some contents had shifted and blocked the door from opening. Mary was really excellent and very efficient and friendly in helping me problem solve. She got Dave there same day and he helped get my door open and rearranged items to prevent that happening again. People like Mary and Dave are the reason I trust my treasures to A Better Way Storage . Thank you!

  The owners and employees offer some of the best customer service. The facility is very secure with reasonable prices. They go above and beyond to help you out! Id recommend them to anyone as they also offer many different storage solutions to accommodate as many customers as possible. Their process doesn't feel restrictive or like a waste of time.

  This place is clean. Prices are great. Staffs are amazing. They have carts for you to load and unload things. Needed a storage when we were in a tight spot and they helped with a discount.

  Best storage facility I have had yet! Clean and easily accessible. Renting was made easy by everyone except 1 employee. Can't remember her name (not trying to be racist but she is Asian. The only way to describe her without her name.) The day I went in to sign lease agreement and pay this employee was there. The entire transaction with her was like pulling teeth. She was only suppose to charge me for 1 month at the internet special of $89.99 for a 10×15 inside unit. She assured me that this amount was all I would pay. Instead she charged to my debt card the entire $amount for the 5 months I needed the unit which was $475+ . When I saw the $$$ on my receipt she said there was no way to fix it and did not even apologize. That $$ was my car payment that I could not make at that point because she pulled it. I went back the next day on her day off and a gentleman and the older female owner were there. After I told them what had happened they said she could have fixed it and gave me a refund. She lied to me! I wanted to file a formal complaint because I was so mad, and the owner said it would not do any good because her son runs the business now and that woman is his friend. So they gave me a refund and apologized for her stupidity.
  Overall this place and the people are great. But if you come in and the Asian woman is at the desk come back another day so you don't get screwed and treated badly like I did!
