Excellent service! When the dealership told us we needed a new engine we knew something was not adding up. After being referred by a friend, we contacted Jeremy for a 2nd opinion. He responded promptly to our texts and provided updates at every step along the way. Needless to say, we did not need a new engine, saving us thousands of dollars. We are beyond thankful to find a knowledgeable, professional, and affordable diesel shop for any future repairs.

Very knowledgeable and helpful fixed my truck promptly and when I was unable to pick it up due to health reasons delivered it with out any problems. Thank you also went above and beyond to show me the other needs my truck had so it would be safe and sound for the road, for which I was great full.

I have a 2019 Ram 2500 and got tired of going to the dealership and not getting any results. They would tell me they would check the computer and if I had work done it get returned without everything being done. I had engine light come on a return trip to take it to the dealership, I decided to look online for a diesel mechanic and came across reviews for NW Powerstroke. I stopped in and talked to the owner Jeremy about looking at my rig since he had all Fords in the parking lot. He told me to bring it by and he would look it over. I dropped it off late after work Friday and he said he would get to in a couple days. He left me a message late Monday and I stopped by to talk with him about the fix. While we talked about the fix I asked him about extra work it might need. I was very surprised that he responded that it wasn’t necessary at this time. All other shops I have ever been to always try to find extras to do. He gave me a price and the time it would take to get it done. No pressure from his side, I said let’s do it. He got the job done ahead of schedule and I picked it up, no surprises with extras. I have put a lot of miles on it since the repair and is running better than ever. I will be taking it back to them for future work and referring them to other. Hopefully they won’t be too busy do my future work.

We broke down in Kelso Wa while on vacation.I called my insurance company to find me a tow company. The tow company gave me a referral to NW Powerstroke. They gave me a quote and time for repairs. I was very impressed as they were spot on with everything. The staff was polite and friendly . I would recommend NW Powerstroke to anyone.
