“I have been using this pharmacy since it opened and have had a great experience each and every time and with every single person that has worked there! Today I had the pleasure of working with Katie twice. The first time this morning to pick up my prescription which went perfect as usual and then this afternoon to receive my flu shot and my daughters flu shot. Mine went great felt nothing at all. Unfortunately my young daughter is not too fond of shots and it took a bit of convincing. Katie was so amazing and so patient to sit there and work with her and me for as long as necessary to get it done and make sure it was not traumatic for her. Thank you so much Katie!”

“This place has been consistently helpful over the years. Their system of reminders is exhaustive and while some may say annoying, I am pretty sure you could opt out, and for our busy family it is really appreciated! The front desk staff are always helpful. The dental assistants and hygienists are kind no matter who we get. Louisa this last time was thoughtful in how she spoke to me, charming, candid and focused on getting her job done, all the while making me feel comfortable. The dentist that used to be in this Ridgefield office (male) could have used some additional bedside manner frankly, but he was talented at his work, so I suppose that is the first priority. The newer female dentist located here now has wonderful bedside manner, plenty of experience and I really appreciate how comfortable she makes me feel.”

“We found this vet after trying many others in the area. We were so disappointed and driving our pets the distance to our old clinic that we loved. Our old clinic referred Whipple Creek to save our elderly pets the drive. By far the most friendly and caring staff. They held our hands with the passing of our elderly dog and thru the training of our new dog years later. Along with tending to our beloved feline! We need more Whipple Creek’s!!”
