This is an AMAZING company! I purchased the Urban Walkers for my 16 1/2 year old Jack Russell and they were the wrong size. Terri made the exchange process painless, such a kind human being. From incredible products to incredible people, Healers Petcare will be my 'go to' from now on .

I ordered a pair of Urban Walkers XL Blue for my dog. I loved everything about them. They are well made, durable, have straps to adjust them to fit just right, soft on the inside, breathable, and very nice looking. :) They were a little too big. I called and a wonderful lady answered me quickly, and directly and sent me out a new pair. Wonderful people, place, and products!! :) :)

Terri the owner is amazing. She cares about what your going through and how she can help your dog. Chevy was 7 years old and had MD. Dragging his back paws were hard to watch and I knew we had to find something to protect his paws plus he couldn't walk on the hard wood floors. A friend told us about Healers what a blessing. Chevy was able to walk without feeling like he was going to fall. Plus going outside and camping with Healers products on. It gave him and us a little more time. Chevy passed on July 30 2018 but he was a happy boy. Thank-you Terri
