Jodie has been a great realtor for both the buying and selling process. She's a no pressure agent, yet will guide you through everything. Will make sure you are getting something you are happy with when buying and take you around to see many different options until you are ready.
She'll talk you through what you'll need to do to get your place ready and go over the pros/cons of the offers when selling. She is very knowledgeable about the industry, the market, and the other professionals in the area. She has strong connections and reputation. On buying, she was able to negotiate a roofing credit for us and was able to reassure the sellers that our offer was solid and we wouldn't falter, as they had a bad experience previously. Her strong reputation really helped with that. On selling, we got above list price and sold within a day. All of which is market dependent, but I definitely feel the process of getting the right pictures and the best description of our condo plus advertising helped us get above list offers. She's flexible, can do stuff in person or on paper or electronically - text/email/phone, which was helpful with busy schedules. Highly recommend her and her group!
