  Who knew that something so unexciting like getting a storage unit could be so pleasant? Me and my friend were greeted by Shawna Vickers at the Burton east location and patiently walked us through the process with kindness and going the extra mile in every step to make sure everything was going right and with an amazing attitude! Ill be recommending this place to others.

  Shawna is the BEST manager. I've worked with and rented from lots of different places; this one is top of the list.
  Fast. Friendly. Knowledgable. They really know their business, like, how stressed people are when moving, and help alleviate the burden. How? By being efficient, kind, and helpful with everything you need, or don't.
  Highly recommend this location. All the staff here have been great. Shawna is amazingly awesome. Thank you, again, Shawna at Additional Self Storage East. You rock.

  Shawna is a very sweet and amazing manager. She is was very quick and efficient in assisting me with everything that I needed or requested in order to help move into my storage. I have a very busy life, and recently my father was very ill and a hard time keeping track of things, so I greatly appreciate her sending me friendly reminders when my storage rent was due. She is a very understanding, caring and patient. I❤️my storage!!! The prices of the storages are great, and I should know because mine is an amazing price.

  Shawna is an awesome manager. I was in and out in ten minutes, and loaded my things into storage that day.
  I had a storage closet there before about a year and a half ago and recently had to get another one. I’ll keep coming back.
  The professional management makes it a plus and you’ll feel leaving there that your valuables are in good hands.
