I was very upset with the claims department from National General. Well I talked with Caity my insurance agent and she went above and beyond for me and help me tremendously! I highly recommend her and her team 😊😊😊
Very helpful and professional, but I found less expensive insurance elsewhere. My premium had increased by a significant amount.
Katie, whom is my Allstate agent of (Steve Jones) is outstanding and knows customer service. She is the quality of a customer service person you want.. She knows how to find savings and to do anything you need done... There's nothing she can't do .. she should open here own business..

You will get a CONSTANT stream of emails asking for a review. Absolutely constant. Try three times. If someone doesn’t have the time or the motivation to leave a review then please stop.
